Practitioners, not advisors
Falantrice is founded by two practitioners who have spent decades doing the actual work at the highest levels. We build actionable roadmaps with accountability milestones, leverage your existing team, and bring in specialized talent when the engagement calls for it.

Jason Servetar
Jason brings over 35 years of hands-on technical leadership across infrastructure modernization, enterprise systems architecture, and complex data environments.
He led infrastructure initiatives that delivered $5M in operational savings in spatial intelligence, geospatial software, and defense technology environments. He architected a global IoT telemetry system spanning 20,000 nodes, and provided technical leadership for Y-Combinator-backed FinTech companies operating in regulated, high-stakes environments. His background includes work within security-sensitive government environments, operating alongside teams with security clearances, managing systems built for classified data, and architecting on secure, compliance-grade cloud infrastructure.
Jason does not advise from a slide deck. He integrates into your organization, examines your full technical landscape, identifies the real problems, and builds a path forward that fits your actual constraints.
Outside of his technical mandates, Jason applies the same systematic discipline to his personal life through dedicated running and rigorous physical training, reflecting the endurance required to successfully navigate complex, multi-year enterprise turnarounds.
Nina Andaloro
Nina focuses on helping project management organizations operate at a higher level across startups, mid-market companies, and Fortune 100 enterprises. She brings a structured evaluation framework to your PMO, assessing your current systems, tools, and workflows, then identifying where process modernization can unlock real productivity gains for your team.
Her background spans complex cross-functional project execution and large-scale technology rollouts. She has built the infrastructure that keeps complex initiatives on track and understands what it takes to make change actually land with the people doing the work.
Nina leads change management for every implementation she touches. She ensures your team understands new processes, adopts them, and delivers more because of them. She also oversees the operations of Falantrice itself, ensuring every client engagement is well-run, well-scoped, and set up to deliver.
Beyond her corporate project management expertise, Nina is deeply committed to community resilience and crisis operations. She founded the Disaster Leadership Team, a national non-profit organization, and served as the volunteer coordinator for the complex rebuilding efforts of her hometown of Jamestown, Colorado. She can be found hiking the Colorado foothills in her free time.
Three commitments we’ll hold to in writing.
We use your team
We leverage the people you already employ and bring in specialists only where the engagement genuinely calls for it. No bench to feed.
Milestones, not retainers
Roadmaps carry accountability milestones. You can see whether we’re delivering without taking our word for it.
We tell you when it’s no
If we’re not the right answer, we say so on the first call and point you somewhere better. It costs us nothing and saves you months.
Ready to see what this looks like for your team?
You’ll leave the first conversation knowing more about your technology than when you walked in. No pitch, no obligation.
