By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Acceptance of Terms<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By accessing the Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Purpose of the Site<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Site is provided to share information about Falantrice&#8217;s fractional CTO, technology advisory, legacy modernization, MarTech, and AI workflow automation services, and to allow prospective clients to contact us or schedule a consultation. Content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute professional, technical, legal, or financial advice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Professional Engagements<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer to perform services, and no client relationship is formed by browsing the Site, submitting a contact form, or scheduling an introductory call. Any actual engagement for consulting, advisory, fractional CTO, or related services will be governed by a separate, mutually executed written agreement (such as a statement of work or master services agreement) between Falantrice LLC and the client, which will control over these Terms with respect to that engagement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Acceptable Use<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When using the Site, you agree not to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any connected systems or networks;<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code, or interfere with the Site&#8217;s normal operation;<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Scrape, harvest, or collect information about other users or Site content through automated means without our consent;<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or submit false or misleading information through any form on the Site.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. WE DO NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY CONTENT ON THE SITE, INCLUDING DESCRIPTIONS OF SERVICES, TYPICAL OUTCOMES, OR TIMELINES, WHICH ARE PROVIDED FOR ILLUSTRATIVE PURPOSES ONLY AND ARE NOT GUARANTEES OF RESULTS FOR ANY PARTICULAR ENGAGEMENT.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Limitation of Liability<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FALANTRICE LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). Governing Law &amp; Dispute Resolution<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Colorado, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">11.
